On the evening of July 13， an urgent call reached the local police station： a tourist， absorbed in photographing the iconicreefstheJinluan Bay，wedged his legbetween some rocks and was trapped by rising tides. Officers immediately rushed to the scene with rescue ropes， floating stretchers，and other specialized equipment.
"Don't panic！ we are getting you out，"said the officers，reassuring the tourist as they quickly stabilized hisinjured right leg. Just one minute before the waves would completelyswallowthereef，theofficerssecured thetourist onto a stretcher and transported him to the hospital.
